Today 20.22 black screen - tried suggestions of re-logging on without any affect. Any other suggestions?

do you have adblock on your browser?
If so try disabling it before watching TVCatchup.

Cheers TVC_Colwal, I've been struggling with this for a few days now, (had to watch on iPhone).

Will probs have to watch TVCatchup on a different browser with AdBlock enabled because it is such a useful program!

Here's a tip for you, if you still want to watch TVCatchup on Firefox but still want to keep Adblock for other sites, you can add an exception as dj_gerbil says above, however, in our experiences this works for a while and then they make an update or something which mucks the whole process up again.

So here's the tip, by all means carry on using Firefox with full adblock protection for other services, but for TVCatchup just download Firefox portable (http://portableapps.com/apps/internet/firefox_portable) as it is exactly the same as your main Firefox but without adblock installed on it - I keep mine on my pen drive and carry it wherever I go, so I just plugin to a USB and off I go, I have all my bookmarks and preferences and any computer I wish to use.
