Hi,
connecting ipad via adaptor and hdmi to my tv. Picture is small in top right hand corner. I know you need to expand the picture, but how do you do that on an ipad connected to a tv?

PS. The only way I have found so far is to disconnect, start the programme and then re-connect. But as soon as I select another programme it reverts back to small.
