Have you got any screen shots / log files / does any other plugin crash / Windows version / 32bit or 64 bit? As much info as you can supply would be good for me to have a think and see if I can recreate the crashing.

    Windows Vista, 32Bit
I haven't installed any other plug in, but I did notice that if I try go to the video library and try to watch a video from there, it crashes. I'm not sure if that was the case before or after installation of the plug in.
I'm not sure how to get a log file but I've put a screen shot of what happens when I click the TVC plugin... (I just get a black screen with that box...)

    Thanks a lot

Sounds like it could be a codec problem have you installed any codec pack(s)?

I don't think so... I am able to watch most, if not all types of videos... and when I said if I try to watch a video from the video library, it crashes, I meant to say when I open a folder which has video files in it (sorry!)

Try installing K-Lite pack (full) from here
If you get a divx bundle warning tell it no you want to keep the one you have you then may get a codec pack is installed warning pick yes to uninstall it.

Pick Playback essentials (without player) or Lots of stuff (without player) you will get asked after setup if you want to change some settings but you don't need to reboot your PC and see if you still get the problem.

I just did all of that but it still keeps crashing... should I uninstall it?

Actually I just tried opening a folder in the video library and it doesn't crash anymore... thanks!

But the plugin is still crashing...
