Society has gone mad, a 12 year old drinking isn't right. I would jail the parents for being negligent. Plus i don't believe for one minute you are drunk, your spelling and use of the English language would be shot to bits if you were drunk. Plus read Gareth's post as in the rules of drinking.

As far as being able to drink alcohol at home at the age of 5 goes, pure madness. Only a no brain chav would let anyone at that age drink. Pathetic, i would gladly chin any parent who allowed this to happen.

I would prefer a child who has the odd drink compared to one that wants to go around and hit people.

My parents tried everything to get me to sleep as a baby and that included alcohol. Not that anything worked so they left me to stay up late and just play in my cot.

I have been drinking from the age of 12 and it has not done me that much harm and I only occasionally get thrown out of pubs. I have no idea what my internal organs are like though. My friend at school lost his kidney so remember young bodies are still developing.

I did have severe pains when I was 17 and stopped drinking totally for two years and never went back to drinking spirits.

I think the problem occurs when the two merge in the middle. Alcohol can have funny effects. Not the least of which is violence.
