Scary stuff, seems a big attack based on old application vulnerabilities.

well, people need to be really careful about what they are doing on the web. I think that people should stop doing this as its just really annoying now.
    Sorry about any spelling problems.

Really does bug me when people release things onto the net like this ruining the websites of people who have spent many hours and days working on there creation, then some fool goes and pulls a trick not only ruining the websites of people but the user exsperience but past that they go and steal infomation from others.

One of the reasons my laptop runs Linux "Ubuntu 9.10" is I run pretty much anything on there and not have to worry as much as Windows Users "My Main PC" who have to run every peace of Anti-Malware software and security thing just to attempt to hold people back from ruining there day(s), I personally run Anti-Virus / Anti-Spyware and do try and rely on the Firewall on the router.

    Default Industrial War Complex

Don't you think that the peddlers of Anti-Virus etc rely on these people to create new attacks.

These people are only entertaining themselves in much the same way a Japanese man might want to buy young girls knickers or an American might want to bomb another country or maybe an English man might travel to Spain and insist on having Fish and Chip shops.

Whatever you do affects other people to a greater or lesser extent. Maybe you think you yourself do not harm anyone but then again most of us buy things made in China and expect to pay very little for the production.

Maybe if the media did not make such a fuss about such attacks these people would find something else to do to boost their self esteem.

Fully agree with you re the media, though as an American, my wife may well disagree with the bombing comment

    Default They were all stereotypes

Yes, I was using stereotypes so apologies to any offense to your wife. I wonder if my wife would disagree about the sexual exploits of the Japanese men.

However no apologies to the Mayor of Arlington even though I fully agree the President should not interfere with the watching of Peanuts Christmas Special.
