On my Thursday Radio cinema show i am start a trilogy on Pirates of the Caribbean
This thursday (28th jan) is Curse of the black pearl
So if anyone requests a scene let us know before midnight on Wednesday, thats english time

Pirates of the caribbeam serioes produced by jerry Brukhemer ( the list is endless) and gore ( The U.S version of the ring) got together with disney to do movies based on their ride.
Now after seeing all three i am amazed what they got away with for such a dark series of films, considering disney is geared towards family and children.
That being said they kept the blood out, which i think is the reason , but i think they took it as far as they could go.
Jerry says in the featurettes ( cant remember which) that pirate films were not made for years because of the expensive, which is quite funny because disney made most of them aside from ones that went more voilent
Obviously everyone loves the films for johnny depp and i agree 100% but i was dam shocked how good Geffoey Rush was as a p[irate, that is the main suprise for me.
Awsome films, they should have done this years ago, because pirate films are really good to watch
