I have tried to play a number of channels. Each time, same result. 'Advertisement. Please wait, .' This remains for as long a you can think of.
There seem to be no help links, player or plugin downloads, so what is my problem? By the way I have a 50mb connection with a trial 5Mb upload
Have you got something on firefox called adblock, if so then you will have to make an exception for TVCatchup of disable this in your browser.

If that isn't it try turning off your browser as that maybe blocking flash.

Click on the downward arrow next to abp and select "disable on *.tvcatchup.com"
