Well she was most probably an old bag as well, but that just isn't PC.

My view is that private conversations should remain private.
Never mind that the mic that caught him out was placed by [STRIKE]Rupert Murdoch[/STRIKE] sorry, Sky News who has made no secret of his empire's support for David Cameron. Neither has the Sun's political editor (LINK).
What would be nice is if the people of this country decided the election result in a true example of democracy, instead of all these outside forces, special interests and lobbying groups influencing opinions through calculated use of psychological and other questionable tactics.
Brown has a few issues upstairs in my opinion, though I like the way he says "ridiculous"!
A bigot is a person obstinately or intolerantly devoted to his or her own opinions and prejudices.
Sixty-five-year-old Gillian Duffy had challenged Mr Brown on a number of issues including immigration and crime.
Who'd of thought, Brown is Human and has opinions on people? Id of never guessed.
The problem i see here, is if Browns Opponents have opinions on immigration/crime they are by default bigots?
Not really, what you want your PM/mp to be thinking of you, when writing a opposing letter or visit them in surgery.

Did you see her pick up her phone live on tv!!! rofl
Just watched the entire interview (before the mic incident) - can't believe she tried to argue the case for free university education for her grandchildren who have just got back from holiday in Australia. The mind boggles.![]()
Now we have had to media attacks of Clegg and Gordon I think it would only be fare to have one against Cameron.
I was not so bothered about his comment on the women's bigotry. I was more concerned that he wanted to hand pick the people he was seen with and also blaming someone else for the mix up. This is the man who wants to lead the country remember.
Labour have done some good but there is still a lot they have not done to make peoples lives comfortable and it is not like they have been in power for a short time.
Recently my Nan (87) has been getting very old and frail. She has had a few falls which has lead to hospital treatment so after an assessment from social services she is best going to residential care. However because she has some money it will not be paid for by the government. So what will happen is she will go into a nursing home until her money runs out (about nine months) and then social services will pay. You are only allowed £16,000 pounds of savings.
Though I do not like the disparity between rich and poor it seems wrong to take a person money in such a way. I also do not like the fact that the nursing home can charge £750 a week not including care packages.
I am sure everyone has a view if this is the right/wrong way to treat someone but to me it just does not feel right.
