Cannot watch anything

I login to iPhone/Tvcatchup. no error message but no message stating I'm logged in either. Select channel and it takes me back to log in screen. Have followed the main instructions re switching off, going to settings and changing / clearing as suggested but still have same issue

Then you have missed something please repeat them very carefully and get back to us as this is an issue with your phones settings.
