You are right. Up until I saw how much I was very tempted. I will have to visit a few shops and see what else is available.
I think TVC is big enough for the company to send them a free sample.
I can see the usage of the AV kit, but with intel's WiDi kit coming that may not be needed. And with cloud solutions like dropbox.com the data has a limited lifespan, but at £100 it's a bit too expensive, when you can just use a cheap cable. A good solution except the adapters are a bit of a downside, they should get it integrated into latptop and Tvs. And the AV solution requiring the USB dock and then a cable from the dock to HDMI/VGA is not great it would be better to skip the dock and have a dongle plug directly into the HDMi and VGA. But if the price was lower I'd go out and buy one today.
I like it, but wonder why its taken so long to get this out, but more why this is required in the first place, devices should be interchangeable by default anyway via built in wifi or bluetooth.
