Errmm, it looks like your company http://www.hdgroup.com/ is using a US IP and I am very sorry but there is nothing we can do about this.

Have word with your IT dept as they maybe using this security software http://www.webroot.com/En_US/index.html and I am just checking for advice from James.

That will be your problem then as it changes your GB IP to a US one and there is nothing we can do I'm afraid.

use http://www.maxmind.com/app/locate_demo_ip which is what we and many other streaming sites use

Thanks for your help; but I am heartily confused. HDGroup.com is only an email domain. It may have an externally hosted web site in USA.
However Historic.co.uk is our main domain, which resolves as we would expect to 89.206.165.179.
Any ideas?

I think you need to speak to your IT again as it seems that the WebRoot software is causing the issue here as all we do is take the IP as it comes to us and check it on that basis and as such at the moment it is returning as 208.87.137.231 US United States CO Colorado Denver 39.7437 -104.9793 Webroot Software Webroot Software

Just to point out, your website is irrelevant to the matter, especially if its a .com or .co.uk .

In plain terms, webroot seems to be diverting ALL of your internet trough AMERICA and then back to you. This causes lag, but more seriously causes our system to block you as we only allow access to those form the UK at this time.

Sorry Jayna, amyevans1. Theirs little we can do as the database is provided via a 3rd party, luckily they are prompt and shouldn't take too long.
Give it a day or two and should be rectified.

When I go to the 'Register' window, I see a message saying that my ISP is compatible, (Excalibur) but when I try to access channels I am told that I cannot! Seems a bit contradictory. Can you please explain? Thanks
