their giving me some crappy excuse about how its out of stok and id just have to aceept it. i told them id call trading standards and cancel the direct debt. so they are going to call me as soon as they got it in stock. all sorted i hope
You ordered online, under Sales of Goods Act, you can send it back after X days.
So even if they sent you the right phone, you should be ok.
Give them a call, complain, ask them for mailing address.
When sending back, make sure you use recorded delivery, otherwise it may get "lost" in the post.
Phone retailers are a pain, i ordered two desire's. Got one, and had to wait two months for the other!
Edit: Glad all sounds sorted, the "make do" is unbeliveable.

thank you apparently they will call me when its in stock which is suppose to be later today don't know what to believe. but thanks for the help
