Log in loop

Good evening,

Tonight I appear to be caught in some sort of indefinite loop between logging in and selecting a channel. I will click on bbc1 (for example) on the homepage, and be taken to a log in screen. I will then log in, and be taken to the channel selection screen. After choosing a channel again, I will be taken back to a log in page. I have even tried creating a new account to no avail. Also, when on the channel selection screen, in the top right corner it will say "Log In Sign Up" or similar, which leads me to believe that I haven't actually signed in?

Could u try cleaning ur cookies & cache and/or try a different browser?

pspaul1, this sounds like a cache or cookie issue.
You can test if you dont have cookies enabled if you visit http://supportstats.info and reply with the ID.

If you want the easy path, id recommend using another Internet Browser. Firefox, Opera or Google Chrome.

I'm stuck in a login loop too. Cookies are enable. Using Google Chrome.

By the way I'm not on Telewest Broadband (I'm on Virgin 50mb) and I'm not using Mozilla (I'm using Chrome)!!

Do you have Norton antivirus on your computer?

also is cookies disabled altogether?
