Default iPad channels don't appear to be work

    iPhone and Mac working fine.

Adsl speed is 8mb d/l, and just under 1mb upload.

Have cleared cache, history etc, and restarted device.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks. A had

If you are having problems logging into the iPad website, please try the following steps as the iPad's settings are terrible and always losing their configuration.

    1. Close the TVCatchup tab in your ipad Safari Browser.
    2. Close Safari
    3. Go to Settings->Safari
    4. Ensure that Javascript and Plug-Ins are Enabled. (Turn them OFF and ON again) For the OS4 there is no plugin option so just complete the Javascript bit.
    5. Ensure that "Accept Cookies" is set to "From Visited" or "Always"
    6. Click "Clear History"
    7. Click "Clear Cookies"
    8. Click "Clear Cache"
    9. Turn your ipad completely OFF for a few moments, then turn it back on again.
    -------
    10. Open Safari Browser
    11. As to Step 1, TVCatchup should be closed. So now type "http://ipad.tvcatchup.com"
    12. Click the "Login" button
    13. Enter Username
    14. Click "Next"
    15. Enter Password
    16. Click "Done" on top (Not "Go" on bottom)
    17. Click on the Orange "Login" button.
    18. The page should now refresh and say "Logged In As USERNAME" in Orange at the top?
    19. Watch TV

Out of interest can you try going to http://iphone.tvcatchup.com on your iPad and see if it loads?

out of interest, does the iphone xmit at a lower res due to the iphone screen size? or is it a uniform res which is pumped out at your end?

Same problem here on iPad - tried resetting everything/clear cookies etc. still not working apart from the 'Dave' channel.

Tried iphone site - load BBC1 - after about 15 seconds i get a "This video is currently unavailable" message. Other channels seem to be working though - weird!
