Default US agents close down legal Spanish sports TV indexing site Rojadirecta.org

Another example of the US thinking that they rule the world:

Here's what you get when you go to the site:
    Attachment 722

The seizure of the site is particularly controversial because Rojadirecta, a Spanish site, was found by Spanish courts to be operating legally.

As the US controls the allocation of domain names around the world it was a simple matter for them to take ownership of the domain name. The site has done a "Wikileaks" and re-emerged in different domains....

If Homeland Investigation is involved then there were forums/tweets or something like that aiding illegal immigrants...

Maybe the british need to take a leaf out of their books?!

Err no, its copyright infringement as far as im aware.

    Two lessens to be learnt.
Dodgy Website: Do not use US Domains, Do not use US Domain Registrar.
ICE / US Government: This is obviously not working, much like speed bumps, they just change the domain:

Hmm weird, the sites which I used to use which were shut down only displayed FBI badges.. But then again --> http://mashable.com/2010/11/27/homel...ebsite-seized/

And in regards to speedbumps, remember that leakwiki or whatever it was that was leaking official government dialogue etc..? They bounced all over the place and are still doing it from what I know.. All they do is mirror themselves all over the place like crazy.
