may i suggest auto refresh on the tv guide for when we've been on it for long periods of time so we dont need to manually refresh.??

No that is fine as we will be making the TVGuide improvements in the next stage of a project we are running, in the mean time if you use firefox you can use this add on to auto refresh at a set time of your choice ReloadEvery
