Why do you use TVCatchup?

Freeview signal is terrible, can barely even get terrestrial so tvcatchup is great, I watch it on my ASUS Transformer mainly

BTW I have the ASUS Transformer as well and just wondered if you knew about the latest firmware update released last week as it fixes a load of issues

Well I've been a satisfied user for a long time, but this adblocker nonsense is just pissing me off now.

I have no adblockers running on my computer despite what you're trying to tell me and , no, I'm not going to spend hours delving around on my system trying workarounds.

Please get this sorted or lose a customer.

Unfortunately, its an issue at your end... we can only advise and not fix your end. Its unfortunate for us to lose a user, but if your unable to resolve your issue we are stuck.

I'm using it in a rented house - there's a main aerial in the living room, but it's not really practical to distribute the signal around the house, so TVC is great for that + TV in the bath
Also, I work away from home at various places around the UK and will use it when/if I can get fast enough wi-fi or 3G

My computer runs two monitors, side by side: I like being able to view TV shows, news etc on one monitor while being able to do 'computery' stuff on the other.

My living room TV is a 42" plasma, and uses up a lot of power, so I really appreciate having the streaming alternative.

I think TV Catchup is a wonderful service and I also use it on my iPhone when traveling to work on the bus.

Well! The simple answer is I can't because you have blocked my ISP (Fast Host Ltd). I have used it on other networks and it is great; such a shame that you take such a heavey handed approach and preventing use via VPN. I do not have a VPN I just use Fast Hosts as an ISP. There is no way a VPN can be set up on my broad band connection. Otherwise it would be a useful app.

Well then you should have chosen a conventional ISP then and not one that is littered with VPN operators that circumnavigate legal geoblocking. Our procedures are not heavy handed, we do this to maintain the law...!!!
