Steps are:
1) Email a complaint to the above address
2) It's passed to a "complaints manager", your new SINGLE point of contact (with direct line)
3) Wait for the magic to happen
4) Get as many discounts as you can :-P I got about £300 of bill cleared thanks to that! ha ha
*edit* Try and get to deal with a lad called Stuart or dj_gerbil. Really helpful and on the ball :-) If you end up with a guy called Colin, don't deal with him! He's a grumpy sod. lol
