I've just got off the phone yet again after having ago at the Indian person who was unfortunate enough to pick the phone up to me, however after I had an argument with them I got through to their Supervisor who guess what wasn't English but we're not onto Level 2 Support with YET another Line Test, but what they don't understand is that not everybody is home with set hours, I could have a phone call now asking if I could go into work slightly early like on Saturday. Being at College from 9AM -> Whenever and then on most days work not long after I don't get exactly much time at home at standard hours but they tend to think everyone works 8-X. I could be at work tonight at Midnight and have to be up 8AM but that's how life goes don't make money sat on my sweet behind doing nothing.

However I'm going to try and get the time tomorrow to phone them to see what's occurin as I only have about 1:30 Hours at home before I'm back out again.

The other day when they told me it'd take 45 Minutes to fix I did get rather annoyed with them and did make a little joke of "I've no idea what 45 Minutes is in Inida but is your 45 Minutes 7 Days?" at which point the Support Person wasn't too impressed by at that point I wasn't too impressed with them anyway trying to get me to go through the same steps as I've done for the last X Amount of days at which point I did let loose my "Nice" Call Center rage.

*sigh*.. do what I did... Send an email to "ian.livingston@bt.com" and get the chairman's complaints department to take contact over :-)

    Steps are:

    1) Email a complaint to the above address
    2) It's passed to a "complaints manager", your new SINGLE point of contact (with direct line)
    3) Wait for the magic to happen
    4) Get as many discounts as you can :-P I got about £300 of bill cleared thanks to that! ha ha

*edit* Try and get to deal with a lad called David Dennett in the Chairman's Corporate department. Really helpful and on the ball :-) If you end up with a guy called *something" Cooper, don't deal with him! He's a grumpy sod. lol

    Made some adjustments

Although, back on topic, when I was dealing with AOL, it was hell... The 'foreign' bloke had no idea what he was talking about and you could clearly hear that he was looking at a sheet of instructions to go through. Had to laugh at him, when he asked if I would fill out a 'Customer service survey'!

    hah! LOL!

AOL is just as bad, but no wonder... they have been taken over by talktalk. The only reason I like talktalk and opal telecom is because they ahve south african call centres so pretty much often end up with someone speaking "my lingo" and get away with alot lol
