    Default Orange San Francisco

Tried all night to get m.tvcatchup.com to work but no joy I have tried the clear all then reset thing and no joy either. Been trying on wifi as no 3G reception here. I have uninstalled other media apps that might cause a fault and still not able to view in HQ or LQ. The error that comes up is Cannot play video

    Any thoughts

You are in San Francisco? if so it wont work outside of the UK borders.

If not, what phone and operating system are you using?

I hope he was joking, but people make mistakes and I am not too sure if this phone is compatible as some people say yes it works while others say no it doesn't and I guess it maybe down to the settings and maybe this will help:

I need you to clear your cache, cookies, password data, and history then I want to you to follow this video and turn on and off and on again all the settings.
As I said most Android settings are almost the same and you should set it up the same as this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BcMMrHzd6BU

Then when you have done all that I want you to turn the phone off and this will do a soft reset, leave it turned off for one min, then turn it on again and go to m.tvcatchup.com and login in with your details.
Tell us why you use TVCatchup and how? http://alturl.com/f88tv

Took your instructions a bit further and went into settings then application and cleared the data for the internet app. I lost my bookmarks and everything else but m.tvcatchup.com works on both wifi and 3G on San Francisci running 2.1
