Firefox all the way for me, ever since i switched to it in 2004 from IE have never gone back, although IE is a whole lot better now i'm so used to Firefox that i'd never change back. Had heard good reviews for Chrome so tried that for a bit but lacked a whole lot of features to Firefox, fast though.
Firefox, on laptop, office pc and my Ubuntu box(which also runs XBMC).
My PDA runs Opera, tried Firefox and IE, but preferred Opera. My mobile phone also runs Opera mobile.
Used to run Opera on my PC but after an upgrade nothing worked properly so for a while went back to Netscape Navigator (I actually bought the Navigator Suite)
Then tried Firefox as soon as that came out and have never looked back. Tried Chrome, but its really Safari with a different front end. Also tried Safari, but couldn't see anything to make me want to change from Firefox.
I used to believe Firefox was amazing and it is to be honest but I feel like it keeps getting slower and slower. I now use chrome and I really like it. It did take a while to get used to, but I really like the speed and easy of use + I love the way it handles tabs and that you can see the history of tabs closed with such ease. I will continue to use chrome until persuaded otherwise and have even converted others to it.
