Been watching this develop on Twitter and Vodafone say it is nothing to do with them but the Vodafone advertisement was produced by JWT that suggests the phone company helped inspire the Egyptian revolution.

In a rather untimely or timely at Cannes today JWT are giving a "The Power of the People is Greater than the People in Power" speech.





Of course, all of it is totally rubbish because the video was only meant for internal use <---- now I wonder what use that could be?

A silly video of Vodafone taking responsibility for a revolution, when they obeyed the old powers at the time and turned their network off in order to protect their income in the long term in other words they bet on the power of the government not the power of the people.
Contradictory to the video.

It looked to me like a self motivating "cult" video to be honest, in order to motivate drones in vodafone in thinking they are making a difference.
