Seems like every weekend the guide breaks down, lots of TBA's and two programmes showing at once (according to guide).

I know it's a third party but surely even you guys must be getting peeved now with their inability to hold accurate scheduling. I don't expect to see TBA on an online guide as this can be updated within minutes, unlike print magazines who have a reason to say TBA.

And often I have seen up to 15 minutes into a programme before the guide moves over to that programme.

I can live with it because there are better guides on the web that I can check then come back to the appropriate channel. However, if I was the one paying for it, I would be furious with them.

TVC has been unable to do anything to the site for months because of legal constraints, now those tethers are gone we have big plans for lots of things and the TVGuide is a priority.
We have a rough ETA of September before we start anything as there is a lot of planning and funds to find, so things are about to happen but it will take a few weeks yet.

Because the guide data comes in weekly blocks prepared a couple of weeks ahead and the broadcasters don't give out all the information until the last minute.

TVC guide is not the only thing having a weekend breakdown, bloody booking some train tickets online has caused ME to nearly rupture a few blood vessles and breakdown
