    From what I understand it would be very time consuming to add this feature and may be added in the future. TVC are currently improving the quality of the streams and are looking to make many benefial changes over the next few weeks/months.

    Not just time consuming, but difficult, although we have a wealth of experience on our team and I'm sure they can sort it out in the future. We would love to have them for our users who require them, but at this stage in our development I'm afraid it's not going to happen just yet.

    At the moment, a lot of improvements are being made with our systems, so we are building for the future.

    Strongly agree a subtitle feature is required, this post was 4 years ago :O I only really tend to use this on work breaks/lunches etc, but unfortunately in my office we're not allowed speakers... Football, sports etc are ok but anything else and its all about the lip reading :S

    ahhh but are you able to use small in-ear earphones ?
    even if its just one ear piece in your ear it may help with the said issue and are not that noticeable.

    Hi, are u considering to add the possibility of turning on subtitles?It would be really good feature for those whose English is not native language.(deaf men would appreciate it too).
