Cant select new channels

Hey guys,

I got another problem, the new channels have shown up on MCE TVC guide but it doesnt show the channel names, only the numbers ie; 65, 66, 67, 68, 69,70,71 n 72. also the only way to select them is to go onto the guide and select them even that sometimes doesnt work, trying to select the channel by typing the number doesnt work either it just goes straight back to bbc 1. any help would be apprieciated.

I've had a look and I can't see why this would be unfortunately, we'll have to wait for Steve to cast his eye on this.
