    Exclamation No sound on iPad App



    I can't get sound any more in V2.0 on my iPad. It used to work fine. Funny thing is when I watch via the web interface the sound works?
    Any ideas please?

    Try flicking the mute switch from silent

    Hi, I've got the same problem. Ever since I upgraded to IOS5 I dont have any sound. There isn't a settings switch on the app for sound options and the iPad itself isn't on mute. I've tried uninstalling and loading twice but problem persists. Any ideas?

    turn your sound up and down again and see if that helps.

    It seems that if you have the side button switched to lock screen, it mutes Tv catch up but does not affect any other app. So you have to switch it to mute then use the button to switch off mute and it works Ok.

    good morning
    I have the same problem, have tried all fixes with no joy, I can still hear sound on ipad on other apps etc but not tv catchup. have taken app off and reinstalled, still no joy. But can listen using head phones (strange) just not on speaker. any ?????
