Default TVCatchup plugin gives password error #4001 even though password is correct.

I just installed the TVCatchup plugin (v. 1.4.4) in XBMC Eden under Mac OS X 10.6.8. I entered my account info multiple times, but it keeps saying the password is incorrect.

Any ideas how to fix this?

    Thanks.

Can you try logging in at http://www.tvcatchup.cm/login.html please, just to confirm if its xbmc or the site
For a free Open Source Media Center Solution for Windows, Linux and Mac check out XBMC

With a non-UK IP, I can't login. My browser says "domain not found."

With a UK IP, the site does load but not immediately. It routes through OpenDNS before loading. Before www.tvcatchup.cm loads, I can actually see a couple of OpenDNS urls appear in the address bar after clicking the link you sent me.

I have OpenDNS servers in my router rather than my ISP's own DNS servers.

Not currently (I travel there for work). So I use a VPN service when outside the UK.

Sorr y but we block all VPN's to keep within UK laws on geo-blocking of streams and that is why you are getting this message.

Just to add, I messed up the address, it was supposed to be http://www.tvcatchup.com/login.html but as Colwal says, if your outside the UK then it won't work anyway.

    Oh well, that's unfortunate.

Thank you both for your help.
