What do you think about allowing cameras into civil trials? I know this might end up being day time TV watching neighbour disputes, but what I was thinking, would be more like the cases TVC has been involved in, where being able to see a trial might well inform those with interest in the particulars of the law being tested.

I'm thinking far more of a means for something like Groklaw.net to flourish and inform as opposed to the voyeurism I expect to see from televised criminal trials.
