    As Above, disabled AdBlock, all ok since.

    I'm suspecting adblock extension is the overall problem.

    How many did Brighton score against Liverpool? Boom

    We scored 4 and Liverpool scored 3, that makes us the winners - doesn't it?

    Last time it was 6 - 1 to us - good game though, well done the Hove boys

    The same for me. I only installed adblock two days ago and have only just realised this was when TVC stopped working. Works fine with it disabled.

    I have only started experiencing problems today, but now that I've tried to get the information you need from that debug console it's working okay

    1. What version of Chrome our you using? Google Chrome 17.0.963.56 m
    2. What operating system are you using? Windows Vista Home Premium
    3. What antivirus program are you running Avast! Home Edition (Free). I also have Spybot and MalwareBytes.
    4. Do you have any adblocker on your system I use AdBlockPlus for Chrome
    5. Any other information you feel is relevant
    I also use a NoFlash addon for Chrome (stops the annoying built in music players some people use on sites) and another addon called BetterPopUpBlocker which adds more protection for pop-up ads. I have all three disabled on TVCatchup and as I said above didn't have any problems until today.

    When I do experience a problem (I get a message in the player saying I have an adblock programme running and to contact support) I'll do as you say and update with some jpegs.

    edit: Well I have tried to get on and see if I can get the information you need but the main site won't even load for me now. Completely white page and with just the circle going round and round on the tab.

    Adblock is disabled, TVC's advert plays, the channel begins to buffer then when all appears well... connection closed :-(

    The problem is that it is very sporadic and only affects some users and this is the reason why it is so hard to pin down the issue, so we need your help in identifying a common cause/pattern for the issue.

    What we want you to do is to debug Chrome in playing a channel and see what the debug says, and I have made a little video to help you and show you how to do it.
    I know I will win no oscars for this and the video is a little broken due to interference, so if any of you tech guys out there wish to make a better one I will gladly bow to a better version, but it gives the basic ideas of how to debug a channel in Chrome.

    1. What version of Chrome our you using? (click the spanner and then 'about to find this info)

    Please give as as much information as possible so we can try and understand what is happening.
    Thank you for your time and help in this as hopefully if we get enough information then we can get to the bottom of why this is happening.

    If you don't want to help then just use another browser for the time being until we work out what is causing the issue.
    Hi;
    I'm using version 17.0.963.56 m on a Windows 7 x64 PC. I have BTNetprotect Plus in association with McAfee. I have Adblock Plus 1.2 but I can't get any channels with or without it enabled.

    Her's the debug data (ADblock disabled):
    [INFO][com.tremormedia.acudeo.admanager::AdManager]Acudeo:Acudeo SWC Version: 11.10.54985
    [INFO][com.tremormedia.acudeo.admanager::AdManager]Acudeo:AdManager

    [INFO][com.tremormedia.acudeo.admanager::AdManager]Acudeolayer=[object Player]
    [INFO][com.tremormedia.acudeo.admanager::AdManager]Acudeo:load
    [DEBUG][com.tremormedia.acudeo.admanager::AdManager]Acudeo:init

    [INFO][com.tremormedia.acudeo.admanager::AdManager]AcudeonAdManagerEvent: programLoaded
    [WARN][com.tremormedia.acudeo.targeting::AdvancedTargetin g]Acudeo:advanced targeting timeout

    It isn't only TVCatchup that gives me a problem.
    I have a favourite webcam which no longer works in Chrome URL: http://www.niagarafallslive.com/Niag...lls_Webcam.htm
    Here's the debug data:

    18 : CS -> BG : FAILED rebuildcontext
    chrome-extension://hdokiejnpimakedhajhdlcegeplioahd/onloadwff.js:6119 : CS -> BG : FAILED rebuildcontext
    chrome-extension://hdokiejnpimakedhajhdlcegeplioahd/onloadwff.js:6119 : CS -> BG : FAILED rebuildcontext

    Any help would be much appreciated.
