Cant login Arc s android 2.3

Hello to all all though I have been with TVCatchup a fair while this is my first post as the first problem I have ever had.
OK the phone is a sony arc s android 2.3 on giffgaff with unlimited data
I was using the service on my phone with no issues on 3g but now I cant seem to get past the login screen just keeps reverting back to login screen.
My details are correct and have no problems on the PC and I have cleared my cache, History and cookies but still mo joy
Can anyone help us out

Yes did you do a sort reset as well?

Not sure about the settings on your mobile, but most Android phones are the same.


I need you to clear your cache, cookies, password data, and history then I want to you to follow this video and turn on and off and on again all the settings.
As I said most Android settings are almost the same and you should set it up the same as this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BcMMrHzd6BU

Then when you have done all that I want you to turn the phone off and this will do a soft reset, leave it turned off for one min, then turn it on again and go to m.tvcatchup.com and login in with your details.
