Switched ISP and now "not compatible"

I was on O2 and everything was fine, but upon switching to Web Tapestry I get the message 'Your ISP (M247 Ltd) is not compatible with TVCatchup' ???

Anyone know what is going on, they are a UK company, and I am based in the UK?

I am afraid they are a hosting site as well, operating VPN's which can be used for illegally circumnavigating our geo-blocking and they do not distinguish between the IP's they use for VPN's and what they sell to your good self therefore we block M247.

They contacted me last week by email and they still haven't responded so I guess they cannot be that bothered.

Thanks for the explanation. I will contact my ISP and see what they say, because this really sucks! After getting FTTC broadband I was hoping to be able to make better use of your service.
