    Unhappy Checking Services



    Hi since moving over to Firefox I can log on get channels and guides but I want to watch a channel it says please wait checking services and nothing happens. Anyone know what the problem is please?

    TVCatchup is not a free service, it depends on advertising revenue to support our services. However, some users may experience difficulties using the service if ad blocking software is used. In order to continue using TVCatchup and ad blocking software at the same time, the following domain exceptions must be added to your filter list:

    objects.tremormedia.com (required)
    demo.inskinmedia.com (required)
    inskin.vo.llnwd.net (optional but will help if TVC remains blocked)

    If you add these domain exceptions to your ad blocking software filters, TVCatchup will work as usual.

    Hi Thanks, just checked and it isn't just Firefox, it also does this on Internet Explorer which it has never done before so it isnt ad blocking software.

    On internet explorer try this, click tools > internet options > Advanced > look at the bottom and click Reset > a new box will pop up and check the box in it that says clear personal settings > then click reset > close your browser and then open it again and try and sign in then

    Hopefully not speaking too soon but just wanted to say how well everything is working currently. Many thanks guys I know how hard you work on this. Always Appreciated.
