    Sorry I am not sure what problem you are talking about? The issues are above are network problems not TVC problems.

    Okay thanks for that, but we made upgrades quite a few weeks ago and if he is still having issues then the user really should contact his ISP.

    No wonder I have a hard time using TVC on desktop, my ping varies from 100ms to 500ms, and thats at 12:30 am...

    Guys I appreciate everything, but you guys are not helping me alot.

    I have a fast connection, now virgin is great for me. How do i get the ping to be equal.

    So far I havent had any buffering issues but channel quality isnt that great, seems pixelated and not totally clear. Is that at your end.

    Sorry, the only people that can fix your ping times are Virgin as they are the people moving the data across their network to you. This is an unfortunately common problem for Virgin customers.
