In the past i have had no problems streaming high quality video to any of my mobiles, from Blackberry's to a basic Sony Ericsson.
I have recently purchased a Nokia C3-01 till my contract renew's in a couple of months and have found i can stream low quality TV, but when i try high quality it say's the video format is not compatible with the phone, i have been using wi-fi to stream tvcatchup but the low quality is too slow and patchy for me. I wish to know if the High and Low quality streams are of different formats? and if there is anyway i can stream high quality video to my nokia c3-01?

many thanks for any help in advance, if worst comes to worst i will just have to put up with low quality for now.
