Just a Black Screen except BBC1

Hi I have a 64 bit system running firefox, and the only channel I can watch is BBC1, all the others are just a black screen with no sound. I have run the test which I saw in one of the other subjects, and the results were as follows;

Please help.

Port test seems fine.

When you select a channel do you see the adverts?
Do you have any ad-blocking software such as Adblock Plus? or AntiVirus blocking adverts.

I have just checked, I do have AVG installed, but I can not see anything that would block the site?
