I have contacted my broadband supplier to check my speed and all is fine.Igts seemsthat on bbc 1 & 2, itv 1, channel 4 and 5 streaming is very slow, its jumpy and often stops to buffer. This is a recent problem, what am i doing wrong??

Could be a few things,
have you updated the drivers on your network card?
Have you tried uninstalling flash correctly with the uninstaller and then reinstalling it again?
