As some work IT's will block streaming at work specifically port 1935 which we use for streaming.
Test it yourself:
Let it run and copy the info back to us.

Our test indicate you have good connectivity...

Do you know how to do a tracert test?
Okay I see you are using a Mac computer so can you use finder to open the terminal and then type traceroute tvcatchup.com and then copy/paste the result back in here.

Thanks, website streaming is now working. However my iPad is still showing "Device login failure, your ISP (null) ..."
