i've got exactly the same error! i managed to fix it somehow i don't even know how i think i changed the time on the actual computer to the time synced from the internet. But I had other problems so had to uninstall everything and am running nightly builds of xbmc and the problem has returned any help would be great!

Can you tell me a little more please? What's the exact error message you get? Can you post your log file too please?

i've also notices that everytime i have to log into tv catchup when it fixed it last time i didn't have to log on anymore

Ok, can you update to the latest version of the plugin 2.1.6 please? If you need to do it manually you can download it from here
